Seagos Company, Inc. ("Seagos") is a Connecticut and Shanghai - based private international shipping services firm.

Founded in 1994 in Connecticut , Seagos specializes in providing services to and coverage for, shipping companies of countries in the Pacific Rim region, particularly China and Hong Kong , and in North America/Europe. Since its inception, Seagos have arranged a number of transactions on behalf of Chinese and North American/European clients. Those transaction serviced are ranging from long term time charters, lease financing, SnP for dry bulkers and tankers and newbuilding contracting projects of various types.

In 1999, Shanghai Seagos Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in Pudong New Area of Shanghai to further overcome the time zone difficulties in working global shipping projects so that we are a few steps closer to our clients in the Pacific Rim .

The tonnages that we have sold and bought for clients include conventional bulk carriers and gravity - fed conveyor type self unloading bulkers; dirty and clean tankers; Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCC); Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGC); Ro/Ro passenger and pure Ro/Ro carriers.

The tonnages that we have chartered in and out on behalf of clients encompass - Panamax and handymax bulkers, Panamax and M.R. size tankers; Aframax and Suezmax tankers; Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCC) and Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGC).

The tonnages that we have contacted shipyard to build on behalf of clients ¨C 49,000dwt Bulk Carrier; 55,000dwt Bulk Carrier; 300,000dwt Oil Tanker and 600TEU Container Vessel.
